Required Skills:
• Must have 3+ years of systems engineering experience as a paid professional in a Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 environment and possess the following: 3+ years experience with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory, and Disaster Recovery.
• 3+ years experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) systems.
• Previous experience with IBM 4000 Series SAN is a huge plus.
• Directs the generation and maintenance of one or more of the following: operating systems, database management systems, network data communications systems or other systems-level software packages.
• Under limited supervision, directs the software/hardware deployment of a multi-user Internet facing computer systems complex.
• Directs and/or performs system and network management activities, system programming, system planning, configuration and user training.
• Provides technical assistance to computer users and vendors. Assists vendors and other technical support personnel in troubleshooting problems with the system.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) credentials is a plus
