CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WIRELESS INTERNET TECHNOLOGY I.E. trouble shooting VPNs, networks, ect /dealing with customers connectivity issues, as well as business clients. We are not looking for people who want to punch a time clock, but rather those who want to learn new technology in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities: Quickly understand current operations, processes, day-to-day issues, challenges, etc. Implement recommended solutions and provide training and documentation as appropriate. Provide system and technical support for current customers(i.e. trouble shoot vpn, network issues).Configure, deploy, and trouble shoot hardware for customer locations. Analyze future needs based on growth projections, customer requirements, and available resources. Employees will have a high-level of daily interaction with our customers as we roll-out wireless solutions to major hotels, cafes, restaurants, etc.Employees will have opportunities to assist with many aspects of our business such as mastering specific hardware, supporting installations, and providing post-installation service and support. Employees must be highly energetic and interested in working in a small company with lots of responsibilities and opportunities to learn.Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate our all our clients across the US.
