I'm fostering an adorable beagle/basset hound mix for LifeLine Animal Project. Her 'official' name is Vixen but my children and I call her Junior. She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment at and she’ll be ready for her permanent home after May 1, 2008.
I would like to keep Junior but I live in an apartment and she LOVES to be outside. I’ll also be entering the more strenuous phase of my grad school program and I know she’ll be miserable cooped up in my apartment all day. She’s very affectionate, cuddly, calm and very patient with young children.
