About the Position: As an integral part the HR Team, the Manager of Compensation and Benefits has a leadership role in ensuring the company attracts and retains employees proven to be successful in a fast-paced, constantly evolving competitive telecommunications environment. The responsibilities of the position include the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of the companyˇ¦s cash and equity compensation, as well as direct and indirect benefit plans, effectively communicating the value and details of these plans to a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. The position offers a very competitive total compensation plan. Candidates must: „« Be proficient and experienced in all areas of Compensation, structure design, job and compensation analysis. „« Have strong mathematical skills and an understanding of regression analysis. „« Have advanced skills in computer applications such as Excel, HRIS, Power Point, etc. „« Have the ability to effectively take charge of projects and successfully see them through to conclusion. Desired Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus five years of experience in Human Resources Management, three years of which must have been direct compensation and benefits experience. Proven experience successfully supervising a staff of two or more is required. CCP preferred.
