Role: Sr. Software Engineer It is a workflow application where all the vendor communication will happen through IT Asset management and Call Center application. Whenever a ticket is created in call center application respective department users get notified through an email, it consists of details of the vendor, ticket number etc. All tickets are also maintained in the centralized location called IT Asset management. Automatic escalations will happen if the ticket is remained open for 2 or more days respectively. Responsibilities Created Mail-In-Database ITAsset management. Analysis of the requirement specs and integration with the current architecture of the project. Responsible for On-time delivery of the project and also unit testing.
